1. VEME® Iron Supplement

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only allowed if requested within 5 working days of purchase.-
Requests made after 5 working days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Frozen Products (VEME® Minced Meat and VEME® Bites):

Small Orders (Total Frozen Products < SGD 200):

No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed.

Bulk Orders (Total Frozen Products ≥ SGD 200):

100% refund in the event order is cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation and before the item is sent out.

You may request a 75% refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Shipping costs
