REFUND POLICY

At tHEMEat Company, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. VEME® Iron Supplement

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are only allowed if requested within 5 working days of purchase.

    • Requests made after 5 working days will not be eligible for a refund.

    • The product’s box must not be tampered with or opened to be eligible for a refund

    • Products purchased on sale of with a special promotion

  • How to Request:
    Please email us within 5 working days at hello@themeatsg.com with your order number, invoice/receipt and reason for refund.

 

2. Frozen Products (VEME® Minced Meat and VEME® Bites):

  • Small Orders (Total Frozen Products < SGD 200):

    • No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed.

  • Bulk Orders (Total Frozen Products ≥ SGD 200):

    • 100% refund in the event order is cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation and before the item is sent out.

    • You may request a 75% refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

    • Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund.

 

  • How to Request:
    Send your cancellation request to hello@themeatsg.com with your order number, item details, and reason for cancellation.

 

3. Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
